Trust Meetings

Trust Meetings are held on average every two months. Meetings may be held more often if necessary. Date and venue for each meetings is agreed on a meeting by meeting basis and advised in the minutes of the latest meeting. 

Minutes of Trust Meetings are added to the Trust Minutes section of the website. Minutes are draft until a subsequent meeting formally records them as adopted.

Meetings are open to any paid-up members of the Trust but not generally open to the public. However, exceptionally, the Trust Board may vote to open a meeting to the public if there is sufficient interest in an item on the agenda.
